Terms of Service

Parent accounts

• Only a child's parent or guardian may create an account.
• Children use the app through a profile on the parent's account and don't create their own accounts.
• One account can have up to 3 child profiles.
• You're responsible for keeping your password and parent PIN safe.

What's free

Unit 1 of every learning path is free with no time limit.

7-day free trial

• The free trial unlocks every unit for 7 days.
• The free trial can only be used once per account.
• You won't be charged automatically when the trial ends.

Prepaid plans

• Plans are bought as prepaid 1, 3 or 12-month packages, at the rupiah price shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Midtrans. Your plan starts once the payment is confirmed.
• Plans don't renew automatically. We'll send you a reminder before your plan ends, and then you can buy the next one.
• If you buy a plan while one is still active, the new time is added after the current period ends.
• One plan covers all the child profiles on one account.

No refunds

Payments for a period you've already bought can't be refunded, including when the plan isn't used up or the account is deleted before the plan ends.

When your plan runs out

Your child's progress is kept and Unit 1 stays open. Paid units are locked again until you buy a new plan.

Fair use

• The app needs an internet connection.
• Children can open 2 new lessons a day; old lessons can be replayed as often as they like.
• Lesson content is for your own family's use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the parent area. All account and child data is deleted with it and can't be recovered.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll let you know by email before the change takes effect.
